Tantalum Oxalate

Tantalum Oxalate is available as a 99.9 pure (metals basis) powder in batch quantities. This material is a concentrated solution of tantalum oxalate that is particularly useful in the synthesis of co-precipitated tantalum bearing compounds where a small particle size precursor is required for subsequent sintering operations. Typical Ta₂O₅ content is 150 - 200g per liter. We will provide the precise concentration in the certificate of analysis.
