1. Personal Information You Disclose to Us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide us when you submit a quote request, send us a technical inquiry, or otherwise contact us. 6. Our Stance on Third-Party Websites. LORAD cannot guarantee the safety or privacy of data on any third-party websites that you may find hyperlinked on our WEBSITE. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices of any third parties and you are advised to review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly if you have any questions.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information. We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in our privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (such as in stored backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. Information Collected About Minors. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under eighteen years of age. By using this WEBSITE you are representing that you are at least eighteen years of age.

9. Controls For Do-Not-Track Features. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference nto to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, as such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that automatically communicate your choice not to be tracked online.

10. California Resident's Privacy Rights. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes and the names and addresses of any third parties which we may have shared personal information with in the immediately proceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below. As of the "Last Update" date, Lorad does not share any personal information with third parties other than anonymized data collected by Google Analytics. 

11. Update to this Policy. From time to time, we may update this POLICY. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is published.
