Halides
Halides are anions of the group 17 halogens where each compound is one part a halogen group element and the other part or parts are elements that are less electronegative than the halogen. Halides include fluorides, chlorides, bromides, iodies, and astatides. Lorad manufactures all of its halide compounds as 99.9% (or greater) purity. Most halides are available available in batch quantities as granules or fine powders and certain industrial halides are available in large-scale quantities.
