Gadolinium Gallium Garnet is available as a 99.99 pure (metals basis) low-micron powder in batch quantities. Gadolinium Gallium Garnet is also available as a phosphor host lattice, for example, as the infrared emitting phosphor GGG:Cr. Lorad is able to custom synthesize and supply a wide range of these sorts of specialized phosphors. Lorad is able to custom synthesize Gadolinium Gallium Garnet so that the Gadolinium is partially substituted with other rare earths or, similarly, the gallium is partially substituted for aluminum or indium.
