Measurements have demonstrated that Lorad's Europium activated Strontium Thiogallate has a quantum efficiency of 89% (CIE Coordinates: x=0.29, y=0.66). This material is now available in commercial quantities in large multi-kilogram batches.
Lorad has also developed a CaxSr1-xS:Eu intense red phosphor for LED applications, which is available in commercial quantities.
